Maison Jacquesson in particular («Nothing is left to chance to craft great champagnes” as the RVF quotes), and imported directly by OWC, is still keeping prices reasonable compared to other Houses for the moment. And especially for such low volumes.
Bettane et Dessauve say this : «This old house, taken over in 1974 by the Chiquet brothers, Laurent and Jean-Hervé, has gradually become the standard-bearer of connoisseur champagne, translating with incredible fidelity the potential of the terroirs it illustrates.”
